More Than Just Watching
Being Right in the Middle

Experiencing Functional Fitness live is something completely different from watching YouTube videos. The energy when 40 athletes start their workouts simultaneously. The moment when someone achieves their first muscle-up in competition. The tension in the final seconds of a close heat. You have to experience this!

But the German Throwdown offers you so much more than "just" competitions. As a visitor, you have access to all areas of the festival. While the pros sweat on the Competition Floor, you can test the latest equipment in the Vendor Village. Between heats, grab a spot in a workshop and finally learn the perfect handstand. Or treat yourself to a protein smoothie in the food court and soak up the atmosphere.

What makes the German Throwdown special: You're not just a spectator, but part of the community. Cheer on your club colleagues, meet new people, get inspired. Many visitors tell us: "Next year I'll compete myself!" And that's exactly the spirit we love.
