Der Duft von gesundem Essen zieht durch die Halle, während auf der Knowledge Stage Top-Experten ihre Geheimnisse teilen. Das ist der German Throwdown – ein Ort, wo jeder seine eigene Fitness-Journey erlebt, egal ob als Athlet, Zuschauer oder aktiver Teilnehmer.
