The German Throwdown is one of Europe’s most electrifying CrossFit competitions. Now, with GTD One, you don’t just watch it – you live it. Inspired by the legendary Gauntlet at Wodapalooza Miami, GTD One is your chance to compete right in the heart of the festival.

In just one hour, you and your partner will take on multiple workouts back-to-back, surrounded by the same energy, lights, and atmosphere that define the Throwdown. No qualifiers. No barriers. Just one shot to prove yourself.
